What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

• Netherlands & Belgium: free, 3-5 business days

• Germany, France, Luxembourg: €3.95 (free for orders over €100), 3-5 business days

• Rest of EU: €7.95 (free for orders over €100), 5-8 business days

• International: €14.95 (free for orders over €120), 6-14 business days

Can I return or exchange my order

Of course. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return or exchange your order, provided the bracelet is unworn and in its original condition. Please contact us via info@Vantastrap.nl to initiate a return.

How does the VantaStrap work and do I need a WHOOP?

No, you do not necessarily need a WHOOP to wear a VantaStrap. Do you already have a compatible WHOOP? Then you can use your own module with the corresponding VantaStrap.

Don't have a WHOOP? You can order a separate adapter from us that allows you to wear the VantaStrap as a stylish wristband, without a WHOOP device.

Are the bracelets suitable for both men and women?

Absolutely. Our collection is designed to be unisex — from the subtle Vantage line to the playful Signature prints, there's a style for everyone.
